What we collect

Telemetry files: the iRacing .ibt you upload and the per-lap analysis derived from it (lap times, brake/throttle/steering, corner losses) — data you produced by driving, tied only to your account. Account data: sign-in is handled by Clerk (email / your chosen method); we don't store your password. Usage events: to improve the product we record anonymised usage events (e.g. which debriefs were viewed, whether an upload succeeded).

How we use it

Only to: (1) produce your debrief and coaching; (2) remember your repeating weaknesses across sessions; (3) improve the product (aggregate stats). The coach's language layer sends a telemetry summary of your lap to an LLM provider (OpenRouter) to generate text; every number comes from your lap and is de-identified before sending. We do not sell your data or use it for ads.

Storage & third parties

Lap files and analysis live in Cloudflare R2; accounts and events in a managed database (Turso/libSQL). Third parties: Clerk (sign-in), Cloudflare R2 (files), OpenRouter (coach language layer). Paid features aren't open yet (preview is free), so we currently handle no payment data.

Your rights

You can export or permanently delete all your data at any time — it's in Settings (deletion also wipes your uploaded raw .ibt, all analysis, and related records). This maps to GDPR's right to portability and right to be forgotten.
